The goal is to provide visitors a local view on any town in Switzerland – this by aggregating useful local information. This what you see right know is the start.. we have more stuff in the pipeline.

One of the features we had from the day one is the blog posts box. We aggregates recent blog posts from www.blogug.ch.

To add your blog to the city page you need to make sure your blog is listed on list.blogug.ch and that you add the geo coordinates for your home town into your blog template. This is done by adding the ICBM meta tag into the header section of the template.

An example tag:

<meta name="ICBM" content="47.4152, 8.5519" />

The first number is the latitude – the 2nd the longitude.

To figure out the geo coordinates of your home town visit services like www.multimap.com or www.beeloop.com/maps/flickr_geotagr.php
